Alright when was that again.....?

I am gonna try this one wihtout even checking for info :D The car is a Maki-Ford, that I am sure of and i am 99,9% sure it is 1975. I think the driver was Fushida or something like that... I will say Nordshleife as track... ?

Yep, it is Tony Trimmer. Saw it know when checking it :) When Eckhart cleares it as correct you can post the next pic if you like, I have done so many now ;)

@Eckhart: I knew the car and driver (though it was not the right one at this race) from making the entire season (cars only) for a little game called GeneRally :D This one really stuck to my mind since I never heared of it before.

@Derek: congrats to reading the whole thread, you're definitely in mate, driver is correct, post the next one!

@Andreas and Bram: it's also my daily read, just to love to search for the oddities and figure out the clues given, great fun.

@driver's name: when I first read it I thought it was a joke, sounds like a name from the Michel Vaillante racing comics popular in the 70s :)

lol, I just found out they're still being printed:

Thankyou. Tony Trimmer was very successful over here in F5000 in the 1970's, and still races them in historic meetings. He never got a chance in a decent Grand Prix car though.

Try this one. Not sure if its fair to ask for the track, as there is nothing to go by, so is car and driver OK?

(Sorry its an attachment, cant seem to work out how to embed the image with the text)

lol, a wing like that at Paul Ricard on that ultra fast straight? amazing!

I read up on the team's "history": what a disaster! if your German is near perfect, this is the place to go: http://www.research-racing.de/kauhsenf1.htm

summing it up they say: "It was a mistake to bring a team of total amateurs with no money to a professional playing field ..." says it all.

@wing: they tried to prove it was part of the chassis and not a wing !!! later they switched to a conventional wing.
