A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you have to check and see that its clear before you re-enter the track. Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.
When entering the track from the pits stay off the racing line until you are up to speed and do not race on your out lap. Let other drivers by in qualifying.
On re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car. Remember, you've made the mistake by going off so let them by cleanly.

Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in teamspeak. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

Great combo and really love the format. Count me in, thanks for organising!
Hi Chris.
I've been looking at so of the updated mods and wishing we could race them on Mondays. The end of the closed beta for S.GP has given us the green light, so I spent a little time testing and chose the Alfa, I'm glad you like it. I think it offers a balance between something for the quicker guys, whilst still allowing close battles in mid pack and through the field. I'm really hoping people are gonna enjoy this one. :)

In please, Denis. I think Goodwood is new to me but we did the Alfa's some time ago, didn't we?

Just tried it for a few laps. Beautiful sound!!! I fell in love instantly! Great choice, Denis. (Btw I did sign up in one of the earlier posts.)
Oops, ah yes, I see that now. I thought the sound was a massive improvement too. This event ought to put bums on seats. I'll do a mass PM later. Feel free to tag some buddies and help get the event off the ground Han.

I'd like to invite all of you to try @Denis Betty 's combo on monday. With a full grid this one promise to be as much fun as this one. And even if you can't make it, just try the Alfa mod for it's amazing sound!

The Alfa does have a good sound. Although, the car that I tried had a black interior & a blood red floor. I'm not sure what it means, but I'm in - please.

Add me in please Denis!

I grew up about 10 miles from Goodwood and have loads of great memories of popping in to the circuit after college etc and seeing all sorts of different cars going round on test and track days. A particular highlight was the time around 1995-6 when I found a race transporter in the paddock with a Mclaren F1 and a Porsche 959 parked under the awning, sadly just about to be loaded up as their owner had left for the day although I did get to have a good look around them.

Don't take being local to mean track knowledge though, despite having driven many of the UK tracks much further afield I've only ever been a passenger for a couple of laps at Goodwood! :D
