This mod is composed of a Base and a Layer. You need both in order to have the full mod.

LAYER MOD INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS (STEAM) - Thanks to @Paxon

1. Go to the MM Community Hub in your steam client.

2. Go to the workshop.

3. Search the workshop for "enzoli".

4. Find the "Layer" mod and click it.

6. Make sure the mod is active in your in-game workshop.

You can proceed the same way for my other mods you found on step 4.
BASE MOD INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS (WINDOWS)
  1. Download PART1 and PART2 on your computer. Both parts are necessary.
  2. Right-click MM 2016 Mod 1.x.x.part1.rar and uncompress it.
  3. Part 2 will be uncompressed automatically. You should now have a folder MM_Data with the installer right next to it.
  4. Launch the installer and follow instructions.
If the installer does not work for you, simply copy/paste the MM_Data folder into your Motorsport Manager folder.
BASE MOD INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS (MAC) - Thanks to Mr Peugeot and Alon2o
    • Download PART1 and PART2. Both parts are necessary.
    • Create a folder anywhere and put both mod files in this new folder
    • Open Part_1 of the .rar file with an extractor (I use The Unarchiver but I’m assuming any upzip program will work)
    • Don’t worry about Part_2. The extractor will have included that without you seeing it.
    • You will get a folder called MM_Data.
    • Open finder
    • Command + Shift + G
    • Library / Application Support
    • Click on go
    • Steam
    • /Steamapp
    • /Common
    • /Motorsport Manager
    • Right click
    • View the contents of the package
    • Home
    • Resources
    • Data
    • Replace the resource.assets file with the one in the MM_Data you obtain in step 5.
    • Open StreamingAssets folder
    • (Download and in data)
    • Then replace only the Champ1.bk2 files
    • Champ2.bk2
    • Champ3.bk2
    • And replace the TeamIntroMovies folder

FAQ:
- After I installed the mod, the drivers, teams and staff are fake and all logos are original ones.
You didn't activate the mod "layer" on the Workshop. Please do so as stated above.
- My game crashes during or after launch / I get a black screen then nothing.
Make sure you run the last version of the game on steam.
Go to Steam then right click on Motorsport Manager>Properties>Local Files>Verify integrity of game cache. This will synchronize your game to server version which is always the last version available.

- I don't see the car liveries. Rest is working fine.
Liveries do not work in 2d Mode. Turn on 3d mode.
- How can I change logos/team names/... myself?
Download Unity Assets Bundle Extractor and open resources.assets with it. Extract textures or textassets with the "plugin" button on the left. Modify things and import file back using the same "plugin" button.
Logos are in logos1@1080. Practice and Quali Times are in simulationsettings.

OK, started new career with latest version. Start with Hitech GP is OK with only one sponsor interest in team before Sochi. I also switched from mid races to long... maybee game is only to easy on shorter races. Well see. But... i don´t know why you had to choose how long races should be at the start of game. It should be... GP3 (short) GP2 (medium) F1 (long) ...now...i have 50+ laps in all categorys. Any chance to implement in mod?

Pls dont change balance in this mod (or make a second file maybe?). This mod good as it is. In my opinion for example lap lenght is fine. you can choose what ever you want on youre own.
 
I looked through the drivers file and saw that in this mod the peak age of all (?) drivers are at 28. In the original file e.g. Hamiltons (Chapman) peak age is at 33 not 28. Maybe that's another reason for earlier retirements?

Anyway, huge respect to your work. Amazing mod and great support from your site. I must admit that I just bought this game after I saw that you are working on this mod. Big thanks!

Well, mod looks great as it is now. I cannot judge what will go on with sponsors after just one race...and drivers career ending - it´s certanly bizzare that you cannot fight Hamilton after few years of career, because he retires in 2017. Also....there is too many youngsters in great teams allready in second season runing....like Mick Schumacher in Mercedes...Alex Rossi in Mclaren...Habsburg(?) in Ferrari and simmilar stuff which destroys realistic completely. I guess that has nothing to do with mod, but how game runs.... as far as distances concerns, yeah...should be gp3short,gp2med,f1long....but if that is not possible, than better stay as it is. For sure...after first start in Sochi GP3 long.... 45 laps is not that easy like medium distances where you could save tyres and won. Had quite some work to finish 12th with Russell, which was outside my sponsor bonus from EMC2 for 9th place 350.000. So...from that perspective, looks harder and if it goes on like that, i´ll be happy. Yes....it sucks to run GP3 with multiple pitstops and F1 distances (unrealistic) ....but at least it gets harder to succeed in shitbox of a car! ;)
 
yes it looks like vanilla had different peak ages for all drivers. in your mod almost everybody is set to 28. i dont know how long would it take for you and the other guy who helped you with modding the drivers.txt-file to modify the peak ages...

vanilla had a nice variation, so i guess you have some work to do ;) but on the bright side it's only one value (x 200) ;)
 
It actually takes 1 second to change the peak age. Vanilla was 33.
I put it at 28 as I tought it was closer to reality but didn't know it would have bad effect.
I just changed it to 31 as I think 33 is too much.
I'm testing it right now. So far I hadn't any retirement announcement at pre-season. Is that a good sign?
 
Enzoli is missing to alternate teams Hass and Sauber, Hass would have to be the last and Sauber the penultimate. The rest are perfect.

You could center the Campos team logo that is not centered on the image. I think there is one more that is not focused.

Finally, could you explain how to change the times of qualification and training ??? Or if not it would be possible to accelerate the game much faster than it is now and thus it would not be necessary to shorten the times of qualification and training.

And to the number 14 that appears in the McLaren Honda team car, I mean if you can remove and appear without number like the rest of the teams.

Driver abilities are making Haas appear in front of Sauber but it has no incidence in the game itself.
You could center the Campos team logo that is not centered on the image. I think there is one more that is not focused.

I lowered a bit the practice time for next version but I think quali time is perfect in 1.0.2.
Otherwise, you need to extract simulationsettings text asset, make your changes and import it again.

Guys here's 1.0.3 changelog so far:
- Updated face for young drivers. Took away the big wrinkle and soften the skin for younger look.
- Changed Driver and staff peak to fix retirement bug
- Fixed Channel 4 and Motorsport.com being swapped in interviews.
- Tweaked Drivers abilities so there's a bigger gap between F1 and lower tiers
- Lowered improvement rate so lower tiers drivers don't come to F1 to fast
 
i dont know if we are talking about the same "value" here. in the txt.file "drivers" every driver had different peak ages in the vanilla version. for example Rosberg had 32 or something like that and hamilton had 33 and so on. so everybody had a different number varying from 28 to 34. and i think this is more realistic than setting everybody to 33 or 31. if you open the vanilla drivers.txt you will see the column "peak age" is an individual setting for every driver, i think they sould not have the same value (like you suggested 33 for all of them)
 
We are talking the same value.
Yes I didn't remember the game at different values. Just saw it.
I edited it though. There's also different values for peak duration.
As said in the changelog. I've changed both these.

if anybody did not notice, on steam there is a nice discussion going on about the blue-flag-behavior.
one guy did some changes to the assembly-csharp.dll file (you can find it here MM/Managed) and uploaded two different files. it works! he also made some other changes. i already read that flamingred will use his "formula" to add further tweaks to his mod. we're making big steps towards perfection guys.... :)
