Hamilton didn't get a penalty for waving with Petrov, for overtaking a SC in Valencia in 2010, and for many other rule violations I'll be pleased to list if needed... in fact he's the less indicated to complain, all this victimism is hilarious.

McLaren screwed it, is not HAM fault, but he has to accept it.

In Kartikeyan case by the way, he has a FP time inside the 107%, with usually in F1 history leads to allow the driver to race.
