When watching and watching the replay, Grosjean had enough room from the left but i think he decided to block Schumi. thats my opinion.
MS went for a 2 car wide gap (silly thing to blame him for this, all racers would do the same), and he was backing out as he saw there won t be enough room, but Grosjean went too much to the left, i guess he was scared of the touch with Alonso. Unlucky racing incident. You can't hold your line going into t1, someone has to yield and MS was behind.
The ARMCO juts out onto the race track and narrows the entry into T1. Even if RG stays a little farther right, MS would still run out of room. Too ambitious of MS taking that line.
At the same time you blame Grosjeran with superfast reflexes, becasue he moved in a splitsecond 10cm to much?
If he would have been 10cm more to the right, they wouldn't have touched. That's what I'M saying. It's still a splitsecond descission10 cm? (A tyre is over 30 cm, judge yourself).

What? Are you serious?I envy (and surely Schumi too) your superfast reflexes and/or foresight. Are you serious?
I also thought about that battle, I was 7 or 8 years old then, but its one of those battles I still remember.Guys, do any of you remember the 2001 Monaco GP where Bernoldi held up Coulthard for about 50 laps ?
Well it reminds me of Kovalainen holding up Button for about 60 laps until the contact ensued.
Exactly. If Massa ever leaves Ferrari I'd know who to hire for the number 2 position.Caterham should be lucky Kovalainen made the decision to join them, he´s a fantastic driver really.
Not world class like Alonso maybe but a very very good driver.
