Well i would of done the same even though my tires would of been knackered i never give up a spot without fighting till i lose it. Going around the outside against Hamilton was never gonna work.

Never seen someone get a penalty for not making it back to the pits after a race though only qualy.
Actually we've seen a penalty for this only one time despite Alonso did this 2 times after today. FIA just hates Hamilton

Well facts of the matter is Hamilton is a racer, Maldonado is a racer. Maldonado went off the track on the outside and lost control of the car and went into Hamilton who was on the track and taking the normal racing line. Shouldnt of Maldonado backed off? Yes in this case as he had lost any advantage he had against Hamilton.

What a race.. Alonso weighs 72.0kg with racing suit after the race. Not often do i hope for crashes but seeing how Hulkenberg was a sitting duck, i kind a hoped for Maldonado to loose his cool with Hamilton and crash them both out. Could just see Michael in podium.. Sadly, not another winner. But does good for the championship.
