More seriously, very good idea. I also believe that some members would be willing to manage the "classification" of the group of unskilled workers.

Please re read Brams last post, and my explanation of issues where people will float between Sunday races and the Real league Saturday races.

As advised, we will not be organising an "unofficial" league in the Racing Club. I have offered to organise Racing Club Events to help non qualifiers, and wish to leave it at that.
If that is not considered enough, I can drop the idea.

I expect group 2 for me with some casual group 1 appearances, but most likely not in Istanbul. Maybe this is better because in group 2 I can fight for victory and in group 1 I cruise around at the back.

@ Atti: don't worry, you will always be in the top 25. There simply aren't 25 better drivers.

I say we should all thank Warren Dawes for the work he and other admin have put into setting up and running the League. The idea of the main League on Saturday Night and them not Qualifying for them races on Saturday getting to race with others on Sunday Night is GREAT!! It gives all somthing to aim at and makes you think trying to get good times and set up's all week is worth it, as you still get to race

I for one will be try getting good times, but i will spend most if not all in Sunday's Race so be it!! Gives me somthing to aim for

I don't know, i did a 2.04 before but i don't think i will manage that now as i don't have time to practise.

Laptimes will drop very fast once you practice a little bit again :jumping:

Dearest of all Warrens, hero of the Oz-frontier, would we ever argue with you?
All I considered was maybe one or two of the non-admins setting up a little points system running on after race screenies. no need for any admin work whatsoever and if people drop out by slowly moving on into the four official grids: brilliant, they won't be interested in the Salon des Refuses anymore anyway.

Just my five cents, adding a bit of extra enticement to stay in the WTCC tournie for us slow guys.

He's Curcuitzolder, right? I sent them to him to look over and he said they needed the back wing plate and door plate wasn't sure was in right place. Since they are not finished, can't see them in game so not sure.

I appreciate the suggestions Eckhart and I understand the desire for some points. However, there are far more issues involved that cause us to make our decision.
