It means you can be put in the back of the grid after it has been released on Thursday or Friday. Consequence is that you will likely never race in with the top 100 and will thus never score points.

You'll have to set a lap time somewhere between Monday and Thursday, otherwise no chance on a top 100 participation.

You can drive in the Racing Club event the day after if you like.
