The first Le Mans Ultimate DLC pack has been announced, including two new Hypercars. Here is everything you need to know about the 'Tifosi Italia' DLC pack.

The first DLC pack has been anticipated for Le Mans Ultimate for months now. Just after the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo, the announcement is finally here and a wealth of content is coming to the official game of the World Endurance Championship. The Tifosi Italia DLC pack will form one-quarter of the 2024 DLC Season Pass.

New Hypercars

The Lamborghini SC63 and the modified and improved 2024 Peugeot 9X8 are making their virtual debuts in Le Mans Ultimate after more or less successful starts to both campaigns for their respective teams. While the Lamborghini made its debut at the Qatar season opener, the 2024 9X8 fittingly raced first at Imola this season.

The new 9X8 will have the new rear wing that the squad debuted on their cars at round two in Imola, as well as the updated liveries to match it. The French outfit's vehicle will be offered alongside the wingless 2023 variant.

Lamborgihini's Hypercar, the SC63, will feature alongside its French counterpart with its ear-splittingly loud 3.8-litre turbo V8 engine to match. This raging bull will likely charge into Le Mans Ultimate to a warm reception with the Lamborghini being such a crowd favourite at all of the events so far in 2024.

The inclusion we all knew was coming, but still a much-welcomed addition to the ranks of Le Mans Ultimate. Imola provided some of the best racing we have seen this year in the WEC, and it is also a familiar circuit to a lot of sim racers new and old.

Over 70,000 endurance racing fans flocked to the Italian venue in 2024 over the three days when WEC visited in April. The iconic and history-soaked Italian motor racing venue n northern Italy will
become a permanent feature on the WEC calendar for the next four years.

The Italian-inspired pack will be available to purchase via Steam for £9.99 / €11.99 / $12.99 on the 23rd of July. This will also be available with the 2024 Season Pass for Le Mans Ultimate, granting players access to this DLC and more in the future.

2024 Season Pass

The 2024 DLC Season Pass is the ticket to all of the current season's content and will enable players to download the latest cars and tracks the minute they are ready to be bought. It is priced at £39.99 / €46.99 / $49.99.

The 2024 Season Pass will combine all the packs together, which will include four new Hypercars, four iconic circuits and seven brand-new LMGT3 cars. All players will be able to wishlist the 2024 Season Pass and first DLC pack on Steam ahead of it going on sale later this month, July 23rd.

Meanwhile, more free content (like the BMW M Hybrid V8 ahead of Le Mans) is on its way as well. “Development is well underway on the rest of the 2024 Season Pass Content as well as new gameplay features and quality of life updates which we hope to bring to the market in late September – just as the 2024 FIA WEC season reaches its exciting crescendo", stated Motorsport Games CEO Stephen Hood.

... How do you get 1,97 as a result when it's explained that the season pass will be 25 % cheaper compared to buying everything individually?

I missed where it says 25% cheaper, but I'm willing to admit that could be my bad (severely jet-lagged). Where does it say this?

If true, some of the remaining DLC will be 'notably' more expensive.

Will it be possible to race Imola online without owning the track?
Since I dislike driving the hypercars this would be a really nice way to drive the track without buying to much content that I will never ever use.

Premium
No vr, no exterior damage model at all 180mph into a wall and no damage other than a steering issue and I drove back to the pits on, still in ea, no trackir, dashes are broke and have been Day 1 there is a massive post on their forums about just that subject, lowest player numbers of all racing games except in June. Replay only came in June.. but hey gives us more money only 6 months after ea release.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. They already got 40, they aren't going to now get 50.

You should count again then. ACC shipped with 10 tracks and 18 cars if you count the Lamborghini Super Trofeo, the Porsche GT3 Cup and the 2015 & 2018 variants of the Bentley and Nissan. The 2019 season update added 3 new cars and 3 EVO versions of existing ones.
Allright, I stand corrected on that part as I forgot about the older Vantage, ST and the Cup car. Still doesn't take away from the fact that the pricing is at the end pretty similar when you consider that we get three cars for "free" - I guess it somewhere reflects in the pricing. I am also not sure if the Evo versions really varant a "new" car in the sense of what we get here in this DLC, except maybe for the 9X8. The difference of adding/changing a few flaps for the Nismo compared to creating a complete new car model is quite substantial. Same goes for several Evo version where stuff like the bonnets or the diffusor changed. Some of the changes aren't even noticable if you don't look closer. There was a reason why S397 gave those away for free for people owning the previous versions in rF2 and I think Kunos went for a similar route in terms of pricing strategy versus workload required. And IIRC even then people complained about the prices for ACC DLCs because they were used to AC prices.

It was already announced: The upcoming tracks are the ones of the 2024 WEC season currently not in the sim: Imola, Interlagos, COTA, Losail.
Qatar?

I look forward to Interlagos, WEC race past weekend was quite fun there. COTA lot of annoying corners. Losail i dont know is also fairly new to Simracing I think?

Imola, meh.

Exactly the reason i wont support early access or beta, much prefer to wait for a 1.0 release and pay more for a more polished sim/game. But from the comments i see on here we are out numbered 100/1, they are happy to buy a 1/2 baked sim/ game and keep giving money.

Not buying EA means Not Baked
Buying EA means Half Baked.
Buying EA DLC means Half again Half Baked.

Last I checked, half of something is more than 'not half' of something.

This is where the consumer gets to choose. Nothing wrong with waiting, also nothing wrong with partaking in the EA process. Those who do get some frustration mixed with some satisfaction. Those who choose to bypass the EA, "They Can't Get No, No Satisfaction...."

LMU is without doubt a very high quality product about FFB, driving feeling, the sound and the graphics.
To be honnest, at the moment, with rF2, nothing can challenge the realism, it's the top of the cake, and far far far ahead, so high level that a game like AMS2 can feels arcade when you go back on it.
The tracks made by s397 are the best of the market.
But it lacks of polish, and not a little bit, most of the common features are not present....
It needs tracks, tracks and tracks, too, the tracks are too much limited....
My best regret is to have switched to a standalone, and to not have the famous best tracks and content from rF2 and LMU together, the time will tell us if the s397 choice is as bad as the Reiza choice and Madness engine.

Given how this has already ticked a lot of boxes I didn't expect S397 to tick off at all, and more importantly I have a smile on my face every time I tackle a hypercar, I'll happily support this...

And there are 3 other contents this year........

Where are you reading that ?
Not saying is not the case just Season Passes are usually spread over longer timeframe.

Anyway passed my expectations, I stated a while ago I would be happy paying $75AU a Season.

EA - 48AU
Season Pass - 72AU ( that's rough guess, Steam usually favours AU / US rate )
So just $60AU a season
