Improved Visuals Pure CS filter. Screen and VR ppfilter v2.21

I have updated a ton of things. For both gamma and LCS. Modified the fog for lcs. Adjusted brightness for day and night for both gamma and lcs. This is based on the latest SRP 0.9.3 stable release.
I have tweaked some settings in gamma version, so the nights should not be as dark, especially on tracks without lights. There was an error where exposure was different with f5 camera. Fixed. Adjusted some stuff for LCS. (like the sunset colors on the buildings and surroundings are not red but orange. Adjusted some other things too.)

To be honest, I still prefer Gamma, especially since sunsets are so much better looking. Enjoy. If there is any issue, just dm me.

Another update is coming on the weekend for the upcoming pure 2.2

Updated a bunch of stuff. nighttime should look a lot better. Screen sunsets are better. Still trying to refine the sunsets in VR.
Also, there is an issue with SRP 0.9.1 (non ptb) where the sky looks brownish with LCS. Here is how to fix it:
Go into:
assettocorsa\content\tracks\shuto_revival_project_beta\extension
open ext_config file and replace old light pollution part with this:

[LIGHT_POLLUTION]
ACTIVE = 1
COLOR = 1.8, 1.5, 1
DENSITY= 0.5
RELATIVE_POSITION = 1.5, 0.1, -6
CONDITION = SUN_SMOOTH

This is also explained in a txt in the zip. See the attached pic for the difference.

EDIT: newly released 0.9.3 stable version goes into the same folder as the old 0.9.1!!! So it will be installed in the beta folder, NOT ptb. I recommend you delete all shutoko folders and do a clean new manuall install. Seems like there is gonna be a hotfix for these light pollution issues and even the 0.9.3 density will change from 0.05 to 1

Some changes were made to Pure 2.0, so I had to modify some stuff. Sunblinding will not be as spectacular as with gamma, I will try to make it better as soon as I can. Still needs a lot of tinkering. My LCS filter is still a beta, so if you have an issue or see something weird, just contact me.
Sorry for another update so quick. If you have downloaded my latest ppfilter for LCS in the last few days, PLEASE DELETE
IV PureCS_LCS.ini file from \system\cfg\ppfilters
and delete
IV PureCS_LCS.lua from \system\cfg\ppfilters\purelcs_scripts

Then you can install this version and from now on Pure will automatically load up with the correct gamma or LCS version. So no need to select different ppfilters.
Somehow I forgot to include a file for PureLCS. Fixed now. Also updated some values for it.
Fixed the way too bright night sky. Added some godrays and some other minor stuff.

Gamma version has no updates. For LCS version, don't forget to select PureLCS in weatherFX and select the correct ppfilter in video settings (IV PureCS_LCS)

Fixed the bad weather slider because it was changing brightness even at normal conditions. Couple other small adjustments.
I just have a quick question for you guys about the custom sliders on the PP tab (pure config)
As far as I know, there is no way to post poll voting on this website so this is what we gonna do. I need everyone to please react to this update with a Like;

• Hit Thumbs up if you know of the custom sliders.
• Hit WOW if you do not know about it.
1) Added custom groundfog shader settings that is dynamically adjusted between, day and night and when the sun is in the camera. groundfog is more visible and has better colors compared to other filters.
2) Adjusted the bad weather brightness a little. Slider works better too under PP tab in pure config.
3) Less orange colors during sunset.

HOTFIX. There was a misspell in the code causing a black screen.
So I just learned that I can not adjust the settings for the lightning shaders. Everyone needs to set this themselves.

Shaders.lightning.speed 0.900
shaders.lightning.discharge_ionisation 1.000
shaders.lightning.bounced_light 1.500

This is made for a more realistic, powerful but not too crazy lightning.

Adjusted brightness for early hours when the weather is set to few clouds. ( it was too bright in VR)
Also adjusted the lightning to be a little bit. Let me know how you like it compared to base pure (purevr)

/reupload.. forgot to include the file/

Adjusted a few cloud brightness. Adjusted the contrast to have a more punchy look. Disabled new ambient light v2 that will be introduced in the new Pure. I have spent hours trying to make it look good for me but I just couldn't so sticking with the good old ambient settings. I had adjusted and set ambient lights to be dynamic for low sun angles ( early and late times and for bad weather) so I believe the filter will be just fine as is

Not sure what happened but buildings (on SRP) were too dark so I fixed it.
I had to adjust the brightness a little bit because sometimes headlights just completely blow out details on white cars and in VR even the sun's reflection sometimes was too much on buildings. See the picture of what was changed.
I tried to keep the brightness as high as possible without having that issue. There is a fine line between having superb brightness and blown out details in certain scenarios. From day 1 my vision for this filter was to create something that works all around since back in the days most of the filters only looked good just in daytime or nighttime. Forget about sunsets. lol. Most of the filters become better now but the bottom line is that the difference is in the small details.

BrokenClouds brightness was wrong. Also adjusted a couple more things. Nothing major but I recommend downloading this updated version.

I have reworked the brightness of the skydomes for all weather types separately for day, sunset / sunrise, and night time.
Made VR a little bit brighter at very early and late hours when the sun was just below the horizon. It was way too dark.
Also updated the sunblinding a little. Pictures do not tell you the whole story. With the sunblinding effect in IV PureCS there are several things that change dynamically when the sun is in the camera. This works in both screen and VR mode. When you look at the sun the shadows, and everything facing away from the sun become darker until you look away. Also tried to imitate that your eyes get used to the sun when you face it, so the blinding effect dials down slowly and the sun is a little bit more visible.

The biggest update is the new look of the sun and godrays (sunblinding).
With this update when sun is in front of you ( in the camera) initially, the sun will be fairly bright but in a few seconds, it will tone down a bit, imitating your eyes getting used to it. This makes some stuff darker but will brighten back up as soon as you turn away from the sun. Pretty cool effect but I tried to keep this to a minimum. Found it a little too much when I made the changes too drastic. Plus it looks too dark and bad when you take pictures of it and compare it to other filters while in motion- in the game it's a cool effect and better than filters without sunblinding effect.
With the newest CSP release, there were a couple of things that changed to I had to fix some values. I tested it on Pure 2.05 ( besides the unreleased dev version) so it should work nicely. Remember: INSTALL IS MANUALLY!
