Hello, the zip extractor returns missing data error when unzipping the file provided under the top right Download button on this page. 7zip shows the archive content takes up to hundreds of MB while the provided file is just 144 MB. Any ideas?

After extracting the zip to WRC 9 folder. double clicking on your JSGME.exe file, and I get a windows popup notification "this app can't run on your pc". running as admin has the same message.

Hello, pal. I can't even extract the provided zip (~144 MB) properly. 7-zip and other extractors give alerts about missing data and some extracted files are 0 kb. Any ideas?
