daniel was right to leave redbull,he getting a raw deal they favor max,he a good driver, but the short end on stick,we all can see it redbull favor max,and going to honda engine, there in trouble,we all know what happen at mcleran, really you want to do this, bottom line red bull lost a good driver

Max & Gasly hmm...
Red Bull would need at least one driver at the age of Max and Gasly - together.

So Alonso perhaps wouldn't be that bad choice.

Or, yes, as someone said - Mansell. :D Old reliable. @@

^this chap has now been completely ruled out by Horner.
Many fans will have been in favour of it, but it is clearly not what Red Bull have in mind:

... Red Bull chief Christian Horner does not believe the Spaniard would fit in at his team when Ricciardo departs.
"I have huge respect for Fernando, he is a great driver, a fantastic driver, but it's very difficult...he's tended to cause a bit of chaos wherever he's gone," Horner told F1's official podcast.

It would not be a good 'fit' anyway.
I'm sure Honda...given Alonso's ire and frustration during the McLaren-Honda partnership, would be none too please.

Would like to see alonso there, he and verstappen complete each other.

He'd say "gp2 engine" for the same reason as verstappen now, that they can't follow ferrari and mercedes close enough on power tracks!

Onto more realistic options, I suppose it's gonna be gasly since he already has honda experience from toro rosso, rather than sainz who is being outperformed by hulkenberg.

Gasly will be fine. What's really interesting is RB+Honda pace next year. What's even more interesting is if Haas can beat Renault for 4th this year and if they will be competing with RB for 3rd next year
