Offset it slightly with less tax for those stores. We have plenty of mini stores in Sweden and they are doing fine despite not having any alcohol.

It makes great sense... but the way our politics work here and the way favor is distributed is laughable and really gets in the way of good ideas. Maybe someday eh?

I believe the cause was drowning..., passing out in the bathtub due to mixing anti-depressants and alcohol as well as other drugs possibly,but could be wrong

According to American media it was Valium, Xanax & Alcohol.
