For me it's Biķernieki race track. The mod itself was released in 2017, but had a major update in 2018.
It's the track from my home city (I live just 6 km away from it). It has been been my most used track in AC, with almost 5200 km driven on it

It's from mostly the same team (minus myself, I'm busy with my own modding projects) that also made the F1 1965 mod for rF1, but rather than starting from old GPL models (that ultimately got rebuilt from the ground up) this time around they made everything from scratch.

There's no way in hell to ever be putting forward one mod of the year, so I can only mention a horribly (and undeservably) small handful of the ones that stuck out to me as my most used content.

LilSki (yet again) - Tracks. Above and beyond the quality of the professional ones we get as default. Finally a gorgeous Glen to throw any type of car around.

Sergio Loro - Tracks. The legendary modder from the GPL era, for dragging his ass out the stone-age to embrace modern sims, and create some beautiful vintage content that is so very lacking nowadays. I've run more laps on his 60s Zandvoort, than anything else this year.

RSS - Cars. I think you all know these guys. Not a lot else needs said. Top quality, best of gear.

Not yet had a chance to properly upgrade my AC with weather, shaders, etc. From what I've seen, there's a ridiculously good amount and quality to add though.

Have to be the Custom Shaders Patch for AC, an incredible amount of work must have gone into that!

Car mods aside, i liked a lot Feldering too, and for RF2:

-Miseluk (Lemax)
-Crystal Palace (ODS)
-Watkins Glenn (Digga, Liski, Schumi and Heikki21)
-Road Atlanta and Autopolis (Heikki21)
-Longford 1.0
-Daimler Test track
-ISR continuous effort of converting and/or updating tracks. Great community.
