Cars VRC Formula NA 2012 and 2018

Thanks, seen the first one already. Might start all over again with the externals for the fourth time now, these things just sound so unique. If you find any more videos, you´re more than welcome to post them

I've searched for hours on Youtube but have posted the best I've found in this thread already. I'm part of a group on FB called CART Fans that has a few other good videos even if a little short. I'll see if I can link them here.

Thanks guys, some of them are really helpful! Appreciate it
It´s surprising to see how rare videos of these cars are, despite them being so popular. Guess they´re not driven as often on open racetracks as they do with some historic F1 cars.

I found a Blu-ray copy of that Super Speedway film last year. It is really really cool and has some fantastic footage and audio.

The biggest problem with these cars is the engine manufacturers at the time always wanted their engines back, so even if there are chassis still out there they aren't running the 2.65 V8s. Or the cars are sitting in museums or collecting dust in a shop somewhere.

Really excited for these cars on AC. Whilst other sims (iRacing, rFactor 2 and AMS) may be more suited to Oval racing and have more features to aid that. Nothing looks/feels closer than to what you see on TV than an AC cars handling. AC just has that little more gradual slip angle for cars which makes driving stuff incredibly exciting. Watching these 2018 Indycars dance around on power off power and mid corner looks amazing. And for it to be very sedate on iRacing really detracts from the experience of flowing with the car. I have no doubt that with AC's much smoother (imo) way of transitioning slides and its tire model these cars are gonna be some of the most fun to drive. Seriously can't wait. Bring on CART, Bring on the DW12 and Bring on the IR18. The mods look incredible and I along with many are eagerly awaiting getting our hands on them. Thank you for your work!

14 out of 20 I`ve been watching, those races are so cool.

Gotta love when your crew replaces your dirty tires with.... dirty tires

Adapted to what AC allows to display (we don't have boost pressure in numbers, only leds AFAIK), here's how it looks now.

Turned off:

Turned ON with optional secondary display:
