Ahead of the big VR, Bentley and Misano "EA Release 2" for ACC, Kunos Simulazioni have released a few very nice teaser images from the upcoming content release...

With only two short days left to wait for the first major content update for Assetto Corsa Competizione, Kunos Simulazioni have released a nice set of rather attractive preview images in the form of some stunning shots of the mega Bentley Continental GT3 and Misano Circuit, the two major new pieces of content set to hit ACC this October 10th.

Slightly more difficult to reflect in screenshot form, the new release scheduled for this Wednesday will also be notable for the first pass at supporting Virtual Reality (VR) in the sim - a very exciting development for ACC, and something that is sure to please quite a few of the sim racing community (myself included).

Of course this is the first update for ACC since the game deployed into the public realm via Steam Early Access back in September, and it will be interesting to see what other tweaks, improvements and features Kunos can add to an already very impressive simulation in the four weeks since it made its public debut.

I just bough GFX 1070Ti, waiting to arrive. I hope will be worth it, 1st part wasn`t.

It will be, start with average settings and work your way up ;)
As I agreed to other thread my GTX1070 runs well

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Best advice I got was to buy a 1080Ti ?

RTX 2080 Founders - 1199 AU + free delivery

GTX 1080Ti cheapest model my store is 1129AU + delivery and dearest is 1349

$70 dearer, come on that's a no brainier especially if you like ACC

New for new and Australia I am talking, whether cards are cheaper elsewhere is irrelevant

Manufactures models are dearer and most are clocked lower then a Founders
if you look at my site the slower RTX 2080 don't even list a Core boost simply to hide the fact they are slower boost then Founders ( 1800MHz ) while also being dearer !
You can even go to manufacturers site check the full specs you will see many don't list speed but the fast "dearer" ones will

Not sure what their reasoning is these days for the inflated GPU prices (AMD has lowered quite a bit though) but no matter, because I will not support them (Nvidia) even if one of my games or myself deserve it. When and if they come back to reality, I will be the first to pick one up. In the meantime, I will just upgrade other components or sim gear instead.

For the first time ever, I might consider moving away from Intel and Nvidia.....But, I'm loving this outfit called Kunos Simulazoini though!:inlove:

Bit off topic (Sry), but why and how is it that a progressive sim developer like Kunos can offer great value but when you look at RF2 or R3E DLC and content it is so much more expensive for being older games as well? Just wondering...:O_o:
Wondering or trolling?
Asking something like this is a way to trigger rF2 and R3E fans reactions here...
Just different titles with different licenses, tech and prices policy...nothing less nothing more, if something doesn't work for you doesn't mean it doesn't work for others...;)

8700k? To my knowledge there isn't a 8770k

Did you benchmark night/sunset/low light conditions, they seem to hit framerate hardest. For example the special event Quick Race, with accelerated time progression. Once sun starts going down, frames start going down too.

And only way to get good looking AA currently is the incredibly taxing SSAA. Assuming you had that at 200%? In triple screen, that becomes impossible, can't have even 110%.

Remaining options are the blurry TAA or the cancerous FXAA
How do i enable SSAA ?
