A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you must check to see that its clear before you re enter the track. Always try to re-enter the track parallel to the racing line. Stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car.

When joining the track from the pits, remain inside the white line and stay off the racing line until you are up to speed.

During qualification, do not race on your out lap, let other drivers by.

Golden Rule
  1. If you hit somebody, sending them off the track and carry on like nothing happened, you take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Instead, you should always wait for the affected drivers, and that way you can be 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. You will get 2 warnings before a 5 second penalty for exceeding track limits to your advantage. Any warnings/penalties are displayed in the chat window at the end of each lap
Note: Please use your full real name in Discord and in game. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify who you are.

@Interslice Hey Brian, as I have not been driving for quite some time, can you give me the current pw for the server? Also although I can log in to the acsm system, I cannot join the race on sunday currently.
Do I need to set something up?

Hi Stefan. I'll add you to the password thread. Check your inbox. Let me know if you're still having issues. Once you can login to acsm you should be good.

Now I have updated the “Ethernet controller”. I didn't even know that was possible, let alone necessary. I hope that this time I won't take off into the sky after the start of the race.

Great track. The training itself is a thrill!

I hope so Hank. I'm not sure what to check for here. At @Neilski or @GeekyDeaks might know a ethernet health check?
Hanks car took off on first few corners at nordschleife and disconnected.

Thanks Brian, but no need to make a fuss. When I was updating, I saw that there was a check mark next to "The computer can turn off the device to save power". What a mess. I've changed it. It'll work out somehow. But thanks again.

Fun race start, unfortunately got punterino'd at the Mulsanne when a Lambo thought they had safely cleared me, was watching the mirror as well since a train of 3 cars was about to pass me(figured it would be on both sides) so I was also too late to avoid it. Unfortunately that buggered the tires and aero.

Sorry to disconnect there. My baby daughter was roaming freely around the house and my wife had fallen asleep, so had to go take care of that. Was last any way so should not have hampered any ones race. Thanks guys was fun.

Enjoy the week everyone.

What a great race. That was worthy of Le Mans! I just watched the last two laps again. Really cool, and also the four different cars. The old GT3s still have something. The first half of the race went well and without any problems. In the second half, when Aki (sorry, by the way) came out of the pits ahead of me without changing tires, things got lively. The best race for me in a long time.

Excellent!

After over one and a half years or so, it was my first race again. Still a little rusty, but I could get some practice in during the week. Qualified in P4 was a suprise as there were some fast guys around me. Had a little contact in the first chicane with Aki, from my perspective I left enough room, but we banged doors. Sorry again! Unfortunately I didnt save the replay, so if anyone can clip that, I would like to have a look at it again.

First lap was still not over, I had a brief battle with Casper, but could get ahead into Indianapolis. Was P3 for the first stint but Aki didnt change tires and jumped me in the pits. Due to the 3 way battle at the front, I could get back to them and had a nice view on some racing action in front. Really coulndt do much at that point, pace was just a little too slow this time. But finished P4 after my hiatus so I take that result any day.

Hope I can make the sunday races now more frequently.
