Laptimes don't really matter. If you can keep it on the black stuff for 20 laps, then you'll stand a good chance of taking the lead.

hehehehe yeah im working on that consistency! just wanted to see where im at.. since this is only my 3rd time using this car

Unfortunately this event is about to take place and your license probably won't be accepted in time, however there is races almost every night, for any time zone.
