Added stdlib64/cTypes for virgin systems with no other mods that already use this library.

You had tihs error from another app, try disabling that and see if tyre buddy starts working.
Added graphical Lo/Hi PSI warnings.
These can be turned off in the CM settings.

Limitations:
It doesn't work with some F1 cars; they have funky tyres with odd temperature geometry. I may or may not be able to fix it in the future.

Fixed IMO "Over-Camber" Bar Colour Gradient so it goes through green/yellow/red correctly
