Added some tracks, standardized flag size, enlarged some outline pics

Added tracks:

• Okayama (all layouts)
• Sonoma
• Estering RX
• Crowdenbeath
• Chang International Circuit
• Auto Club Speedway

The standard flag size is now 200*133, will update the rest soon

I'm working on enlarging all outline pictures from 333*173 to 666*346, as it is a remarkable difference
