The "What Are You Working On?" Thread

And almost forgot it, on the AC forum I read that the fog lights of the GT3 R are skinnable now, can anyone confirm this and tell me where to look?
The foglight-covers have no proper UV texture map, you could only change the 'glass' color & transparency and make it e.g. a solid color. But the front lights are linked to the same texture.

;)
Or did you mixed this up with the sidewindows on the GT3 cup car, that were made skinnable after the release of the car?

I found the post in the Social Networks thread, but I remembered that I only checked the fog light template file in the sdk folder. That one is still a palette only, but I didn't check the Main template for changes. Will do so at home later.

I think hes trying to simulate fuel spraying in the throttle bodies...
this. Actually I was playing around with Shaders and found out that the ksFlag shader can also be applied to cars, and can work with AlphaBlended. Object with Diffuse=0, Emission and Blink frequency via digital_instruments.ini

Funny enough, the tracks i'm working on at the moment have either permanent facilities, or enough tree's to go around. But I'll include it :)

Some of those are commercial models, but I might do a separate one with just mine when done. I'm sure people will be interested.

Hello everyone!
Some of you might know me as te guy who worked on the early peugeot 905 group c of 1991..

I made some progress on it.. but the quality was poor and i wanted to some support to bring it into assetto corsa..
Unfortanly i didint have any support so i never got it into ingame...
Then i upgraded to windows 10 and lost it completly.. I didint care i lost it.. the quality was poor..

But now recently i have been doing a car for a school project.. I worked on the subject of 3d..
So i decided to do a racing car of a era that i really liked..
Im a big fan of the 90s sportscars..

I decided to a very intressting but unmentioned protoype.. some of you might refer it as predecasssor of of a certain lmp that won over toyota and audi...

Im doing the bmw v12 lm98!
This car was very fast and had a very good shot to win le mans 1998.. But due to heavy drivetrain vibrations the cars were retired early to prevent damage or incideteds towards the drivers.
My ambition is to do a car that can compete against toyota gt one, mercedes clr/clkgtr and the porsche 911 gt1 ..

The car was allowed to continue operations to atleast 2002.. But the privaters that raced it abandonded it after year 2000.

The car feauters the 1998 chassi.. Thats becuse its was used by the maufacture outfit in 1998..
The car was sold 1999 to privateers with small changes..

I hope you guys like my project.. I would love to hear feedback and advices on how i can complete the model with greater results..
I already feel that this is alot better model overall then my previous peugeot 905.
