No. You get that error when you change the 3dmodel itself plenty times and while it's rendering it it crashes.

hmm i see, glad they fixed that bug in CS6. (i've CS6 and never experienced that error)

This really looks like the 1994 Racing Williams, but this one is 1995.

1995 Racing Williams had Segafredo and Goodyear logos on the car. The tobacco sponsor is pixelised.
