I'm not sure it's off topic. If someone identifies themselves as 'the global moderator' on a thread and states that they want to *delete* *haters* I think it's confusing to the readers and contriobutors of the thread if said moderator doesn't clarify why, and provide examples in support.

I've just read through the whole thread again and see nothing that is, in my opinion, bad behaviour or bad manners.

So why is the global moderator making these threats? Is a clarification of the forum posting rules required?
