If I make a custom livery (i think i have this ability), will it be loaded automatically, or it's a pain in the *** to set it for the sever, like it was in AC?

The ones you create ingame are loaded automatically, same goes for your custom driver (only through .ini editing for now, an ingame editor is supposed to be coming soon).
