You sure you downloaded the new file (should be named pakchunk99-Maserati_P.)? I renamed the files so they match what they're called in the game (the files were previously called Victorallums rather than Victorallumsystems).

I've done everything from start to finish and re-done the logos as well, if this doesn't work I haven't got any idea what to do, I learned everything about modding in this game about a week ago. You sure you removed the old files from Content/Paks? The "_P" prefix overrides all the others, so it might have been that.
