I hear you ...Go to RSR live timing or YouTube ..either will answer your question ..sorry, but times are not allowed to be posted on RD ... Please remember though, there a some guys that run mid-pack and some that run at the rear ...it is not just about race pace ..the difference between the front runners and rear runners could be as much as 8 seconds per lap ...its all about having fun and learning how to get faster safely
