Your ISP has cropped up regularly when people contact us about speed issues. Please have a word with them...still incredibly slow and I am in the USA. I refuse to even try to download, takes 2 hours to download SOL.

Best advice we can give you is still in this post above. Only your ISP can offer any assistance with this I'm afraid.Same Problem here.
Also Telekom. But when i try to download with my Phone over WLAN its faster. Same Networks. Other Downloads from other Sites are working fine. Yesterday SOL needs around 2hrs.
I wanna download a 119MB file in 5 seconds bruhOne of the problems with torrents are that although not all torrents are illegal and some people do use them for 100% legal reasons, some countries have torrent sites blocked (The UK does so I assume others do too)
Also I just ran a test from the UK connecting to a Brazilian VPN server and downloaded a 119MB file in around 7 Minutes.
Well, if they didn't have an issue connecting to us, then they need to explain to you why YOU as their customer, using their network, do have an issue. Maybe they are using traffic management or something. If they wanted to duck responsibility, they'd need to say something more like "yeah we have the issue too, so it's all RD's fault"Hello! I've been having this issue since a month ago or so (slow download speed/website functioning 100kb/s). I've read few threads in this forum and all of them seem to recommend you to contact your ISP. I contacted them and asked if they had any issue when connecting to RD, but they didn't. They said something like it might be related to a package loss. I don't know if it can be RD's bad so I just notify it and hopefully this gets fixed soon to enjoy this place!
Ok, I'll see what I can do, thanks!Well, if they didn't have an issue connecting to us, then they need to explain to you why YOU as their customer, using their network, do have an issue. Yeah, we had a crazy high load this evening. We have made some tweaks which should improve things.Getting very slow performance, with an "unexpected database error" occasionally.
Not complaining, just informing.
