2 Questions and concerns though.

1 will you be doing the new R8 LMS, M6 and 488?
2. The Windscreen texture is a bit weird. And why is the EEC mod so much heaver on FPS than normal SCE mods? (Don't worry i still run 90 FPS with a full grid but the Caterham mod for example i run almost 200 FPS with a full grid.)

because the loda is very heavy for some cars, i dont know the caterham mod but i think a caterham has not that much parts... and a car with a smaller parts size will be always much better and easier to handle for this engine...

small example: convert the gtr2 mosler mt900r and the forza one to sce and compare them ingame ;) with 50 cars of the gtr2 mosler you will still have 200fps while your game will crash if you load the game with 10 forza moslers... higher the detail = lower fps

i always try everything to to make the cars light as possible, on some it easy todo and on other not...

i have a big size mirror.bmp as standard on the mod, you can try to smaller it and you should gain some frames and reduce the max visible cars... try to start a race with 30 cars at night when all lights are on :D fps killer...
