Look, @Juan Roguez fixed mine issue just sending me this file,

I just need to paste it to my rFactor2/packages folder and its working perfectly now.

I have no idea why a couple of you are having problems? ..I am on the server now with many others? ..I know that does not help, hopefully Daiman maybe able to shed some light?

Use it for now. Download and install the package, it is the mod file, only containing the configuration of the event.
