Don't want to nitpick, not that it's super important, but it's a bit of a shame that the "in/out car" isn't working on the 57 in the showroom, that's a cool feature of the other cars.:D

Nonetheless, incredible work again!

That is my mistake, I always forget that it is even a function of AC... I was reminded of it yesterday again when working on another car that I too forgot to include it in. I'm sure the boys will include it for the next update, very simple to add.

I already posted this in the main AC forum but hadn't seen this subthread till now.

I recently got the RSS GT Pack and it is a blast. Being a bit ocd I renamed the cars and brands in Content Manager, so the Tornado is now a Lister Storm, Ferruccio 55 is now Ferrari 550 etc.

However, ingame when looking at the entry/timing tables, all cars are listed as just RSS GT and I cant tell them apart. I have not yet edited the Ferrucio 57 car and in game I can still see that name in full. When the game session first loads I see the original "fake" mod names.

Any ideas??

This needs to be changed in car.ini (carname and shortname) so unless you'll do edit the data.acd by yourself, the real name won't appear in screen. But if you do that, you'll have checksum missmatch for online race.

Thats fine, I can live without the real names ingame, but should I be seeing each cars "fantasy" name instead of just RSS GT or is that normal too? Thanks.

@David Dominguez , are cars a little bit strange now?
On throttle i get oversteer, they used to have more grip. Or my mind playing trick on me?
Default setups. Only tried Lambo and 575 so far. Tyres feel different. I am not sure if i like them or not. Maybe i need more testing.

On optimal grip setting at the nords I felt the opposite, cars were much more planted than before, they had less tendency to over rotate around themselves.

Today I tried the 57 at Watkins with 94%-96% and it was a total different experience (as I think it should be). I too noticed more throttle oversteer at low speeds. It was manageable with a few dampers tweaks, but patience was needed. It didn't feel weird to me though, frustrating but at least it was predictable and sorta progressive.

I still need more track time to make my mind completely but so far its very positive :) Really feels like something expensive ;)
