My idea is that if those guys became online and even posted in other threads, they don't deserve to be waited. Yes i can understand they are forgetting it, but it is their problem. Not respectable to make all active players wait. No offense to you by the way, just something bugs me about forum games generally. I, myself, took some steps to be harsher against the awolers in my manager game.

Like Donald did last season, he set a deadline (which was standard for all rounds) which iirc it was 3 days. That is long enough imo to send in choices. If they don't, well it's their problem, not yours to deal. So in this case I think you should keep it at 3 days. The one extra day I believe doesn't make the difference
