Mtommi, as you know the charters you need obviously are ~and the¨... or better the ã and the ü.

In the MS download areas, there should be something along the lines "Western” charter set or "Latin" or "extended western” charter set, look for it and install it.

For instances I’ve "basic Chinese" installed and see correctly most Chinese characters.

Being you in Macau it shouldn’t be too difficult to find someone who had some contact with the Portuguese and surely know very well how to solve this problem.

Joao in order to get it fix in time and that nobody else encounter the problem it was decided that all that kind of caracter was removed from all ini files. changing that doesn,t mean you have to change your profile name ingame neither your name on the forum. in any case the only thing that will be needed to do is in GPCOS and i'm pretty sure Yoeri have thought of that.:coffee2:

Ok, name in forum and profile with ~ name in skin without it... GPCOS "follows" in-game profile name (doesn't it?), so it shouldn’t be a problem too :wink2:

I think any problems should be only with non western characters sets... past leagues, RDTCC and AF3kGPC, I didn't have any problem and in both of them there were people from all over Europe, North/South America and Oceania. Although there wasn't anyone from Asia...

Anyway, don't forget the ö in Löffler and aren't the ´ (in á or é) a problem too?

D1's practically full of 'em. :th_woot:

As for D2... not so sure. Judging from their professional approach (and the fact that they're French ), I reckon the HiScoreTV guys will be quite Speedy-Gonzales. There's also a Black Rebels team in D2, and we all know how fast those guys are... irate:

plenty of times when i wish i wasn't in D1, but, qualy isn't everything.. right? i mean, it's the race that matters, maybe everyone will run out of fuel? xD i BARELY manage 1.26 at the best of times

Question, Is T1 a 2nd gear with short shift to 3rd or a 3rd gear corner....??

well i shift down to 2nd, then just after or while exiting the turn into the straight sihift into 3rd, sure it's simpler to go in 3rd all the way, but with my ability to stall ANYTHING...

+ everytime i go into the server to do some practice, i always end up doing something to the setup, diff, which i have set the lock of DOWN to 40% xD tyre pressure and stuff. now if i could only navigate certain turns consistently... i'd be in the 1.26.7 or somethings

Yeah same here, Mark. I find taking the apex in 2nd then short shifting to 3rd on the exit helps. But the car, for me, wants to pull out making me go wide.. Turn 1 makes or brakes the whole lap for me..

i try to keep it in 3rd,gives me more controlleble exit out of the corner.
But then again ,i can't get into the 1;26.
Still stuck at 1;27;1
