I've hardly changed anything actually, exactly what Jai describes, wing down, less engine cooling, boost map up to 5 and set the gears straight and voila: flatout all the way

Yes you can change it from 1 to 5 (1 will lower your fuel consumption but also have dramatic impact on your speed)

For this race i switched from sequential gears to paddles, and have assigned the boost buttons to my shifter to i can toggle it during hte race in two weeks (if i manage to qualify ofcourse)

There are 3 different types of boost in the control mapping menu. Which one must I use?
And is it allowed to use any of the cars? (because of the different performance?)

is CART mod selected on your main menu before joining the server?...do that first it might help

Seb, that was happeinign to me too, i had a spotter something .dll error problem.

I just joined another server and then came back to RD500 and it worked again!

I was checking the format. Didnt notice any start times posted until the PDF came out 22 hours ago. I must not have been looking close enough. It would have been nice if this was posted as a EU league, then I wouldnt have wasted any time with it since it would be starting at a time when most north americans are at work.
Just my opinion. Not angry.
