Hello,
As this is a site that is English only, we need to know that you can understand English/understand enough from other sources. This also means that you need to sign up in English before the sign up is accepted
This is as per the RaceDepartment TOS (Specifically "General Rules", point 2)

Just like for Monte, there comes a time when I have to drive the rally as well. All correct sign ups up until this point are guaranteed to be accepted before the end of Rally Sweden. Any new sign ups after this post, are not guaranteed to get in to the RaceNet league in time for Rally Sweden.
