2019 RD MINI Challenge
In January 2019 the RD MINI Challenge returns for an eleventh season and will be open for esport drivers holding a valid
premium membership. The series will be powered by
Automobilsta, a Windows PC simulator by Reiza Studios

Finally viewers of the RD MINI Challenge live stream on Twitch can win an exclusive RaceDepartment Poloshirt. Drivers are not excluded from participation.
The Car
The virtual MINI John Cooper Works closely simulates the car used in the real MINI Challenge. A car which puts out 200 horsepower, only weighing 1150 kilogram and has no traction control but a low level of ABS. This guarantees for super close racing!
Calendar
The calendar for this season will take esporters to five different circuits after a fearsome pre-qualification to decide the various divisions.

Liveries
All the drivers need to create their own custom skin or find a car painter to have one made for them. For further information, please check out our
dedicated livery thread. From there, a fresh skin pack will be compiled and released to the drivers for download when ready.

General Rules
- The 2019 season of the RD MINI Challenge operates in accordance with the 2019 RD League Regulations unless specifically outlined as otherwise.
- In the rare case of drivers being in a tie for the championship a shoot-out will decide the winner.
Absences
We expect professional esporters to be present during all five rounds. This commitment shows respect to the league, your fellow drivers and the organisation.
A one time absence is permitted during the season provided you notify the league director within 24 hours of the commencement of the practice session (13:00 UTC),
and it is a valid reason.
