I'm confused. If I'm in Sydney what time does booking start? With daylight saving is it 8am or 8pm? Also are we on GMT+11 or BMT-11?

Obviously if you're in southern kenya then you'll need to be subtracting the GMT time and dividing it by the current time in Iceland.
