BEL steady low

2nd lap
HUL focus high, ERS, play safe
RIC focus low, ERS, play safe, don't pass HUL
BRI focus low, ERS, play safe
BEL focus low, ERS, pace up

Both cars continue. Do not fight, do not overtake each other. Hold position and lets get paid.
To Ronnie, the agreement was for Fernando to win in Monaco, the unexpected issue stopped that from happening, thus this is to make up for it.

(I haven't applied the objective sponsors yet at the updated Teams List in the first page. Will do so after hearing your preferences.)

@Aidan Keranen - That is the perfect conditions for your cars, it seems. Will you pray for rain in Japan? How much is your title chances?
@kedy89 - Must have been a frustrating race, however Hulkenberg seems confident of his title chances. Do you agree with him?
@TTupsi - Race started so nicely, as far as we could see. But then things went upside down. What happened? Also do you see Silvestro in the title battle?
@rubaru - No one really expected this performance from Ram F1 today. But things did not go smooth in the race, what were the problems?
@Slyfrequency - Those last 2 laps must be nightmarish. Are you disappointed? Or happy about the race?
@Azabadaza - Everyone expected rain to be a boost for your cars' performance today. But what went wrong?
@Tim.E - We hear some saddening rumours about your personal life and team management. Will we see Jawz at the final round of the season? More importantly, in the next season?

MARKETPLACE is OPEN!
It will be closed on Wednesday night. Then the qualifying will begin.
The race will begin on Friday night.
No further reminders will be given.
Good Luck!

I don't think it's fair to have the high expectation of the team based on the qualifying we got. Yes, we were happy to lock out the front row in Mexico, but we were the only team that ran the Ultra's in qualifying. That hurt us more than expected the first couple laps. With Jim's early retirement, that was just poor strategy on our part not being able to get him back to the pits in time for a refuel. In hindsight, we probably should have had an extra 10L for the qualifying. We think things actually went very well in the race, finishing about the same we have been the last 4-5 races. The engine is really showing what our chassis and our drivers can do in a better car. And our car is not set up perfectly for the wet. Another wet race in Japan will prove whether that's true.

Buys later.

@kedy89 - Must have been a frustrating race, however Hulkenberg seems confident of his title chances. Do you agree with him?
Well it was pretty much as expected, we knew we didn't have the best setup for this track. With the problems for Daniel and the offs for Nico the big gaps made us seem being further behind than we actually were. Things are looking good for Nico without a doubt, but it isn't over yet. He has to keep pushing hard.

@Slyfrequency - Those last 2 laps must be nightmarish. Are you disappointed? Or happy about the race
Danica and our race engineers came to an agreement to push as much as possible in an attempt to get 9th, we were aware of the risks. Very unfortunate for Mardenborough but he is a learning driver as is the team so we will continue to grow together.

We're looking forward to Japan, our home race, hopefully we can get a great set of results for the fans there.

Unrelated to the question, but Marguar Competition will undergo a name change after this current season to "Elysium Competition" after several new shareholders of the team agreed to a name re-brand.

Our lack of chassis durability along with a lack of top-end speed is proving to be our downfall. Pushing at higher revs is upping the pace to competitive, but is destroying our chassis. We will learn from this for next season.

Our chances? Zero. Miracles don't happen in this sport, only mistakes. We've made two amazingly big ones this season and BRT haven't, simple as that. And we don't expect that to change next race either. We'll just turn up in Japan and look to claim another amazing result in what has been by far our best season for a long time. Everything is just starting to work well.
In terms of this race just gone, obviously a fantastic result for our lead 2KF1 team. For Fernando to finally win a race in his career is superb, well deserving of the result. He's been in some strong teams with smart managers, so to have gone so long without a victory is astounding, I was worried that after Monaco that we may not have been the ones to help him achieve it, but the golden opportunity presented itself here. Ronnie was of course disappointed, but we'll be back to racing with no holds barred in Japan and I fully expect him to rise to the challenge.
And elsewhere, double retirements at KM was unfortunate, however points were scored by the team, we'll have a tough challenge in Japan with Marguar and we'll be fighting for the overall championship position. Some extra development in the Renault engine should be forthcoming and we're excited about the engine for next season from them, it's looking strong.
Quick shout out to our Aston Martin engine partners at Ram for a great race today. Good to see them pick up a pole and fastest lap, they've been happy with the engine from what we hear, and we're incredibly happy to be powering them to new heights too.
