As far as I know that stands for removing buys rather than adding buys. And well nothing is being removed.

Edit: actually is it? Just had a glance at the rules and really Tim is right here, I can't find anywhere that it says I can't change, remove or add buys during a marketplace.

It is buying something more rather than changing the previous purchase, so it is allowed.

Refunding something bought is definitely forbidden.

can you add this to the rules? I didn't seem to find anything in them that says I can't change buys, and it confused little Timmie. Only know about the rule myself from previous seasons.
