If Fangio somehow gets held up in the pits, even by 0,01, does he only lose the 0,01 or Szisz's entire pitstop which is like 4,0-4,5?

It changes according to the gap between them. If they enter exactly together (like there is a 0.01 gap between them), Fangio would wait for all of his pitstop. But if there is a gap, the amount of gap is subtracted.

To answer you question directly: He only löse 0.01 or whatever the (pitstop duration-their gap), not the entire pitstop duration.
