Just curious if this is actually a valid team order that is being incorporated into the simulation, as I would like to have used it several races ago.

From the first post: Team orders are allowed. Go make your Barrichello cry.
You can say as much as you want to them. If you want to tell you driver to crash out, do it.

I don't think they can crash out.. then it would be too easy to achieve some of the sponsors.
I remember last season when I tried to make my guys crash for a sponsor reward and I had to do it through a combination of paces. And well, once they needed to crash, they decide not to crash
