Each pitstop skill gives around 0.10 of advantage. But Ricciardo lost there on track, not in the pits.

Everything is for aesthetic reasons in this game
That's why I pushed so hard on chassis and setup this season. Everything else is almost useless

How would you (you know who you are ) react if your driver crashed on 1st lap he drove on 0% tyre... While there are 2 drivers driving half a race on 0% tyres and nothing. Concentration skill 2 against 1.

It does seem a bit dodgy. If Tyre HP = 0%, then it should just explode or something. But instead, we can drive around a little slower until we get new ones. If Car HP = 0%, my car dies immediately on-track with no chance to crawl back to the pits. I've always had problems with this rule but learned to just live with it.

Those Girl Powers were really lucky. 0% tyre HP means an increased chance of crashing (along with massive speed drop, and decrease in overtaking/defending stats), they survived so far.
