no you need both, but either car can either one
e.g. Car 9 gets front row, but Car 10 gets podium. you're fine. likewise if the same car gets both front row and podium you gain the cash

like I said, it can be you, and it is better to put yourself in now, get the buys done, and if someone comes inbetween now and the race, you can swap out, the cash is refunded and they can buy what they want

it will only be for season 1 hopefully, and it is in the regulations that managers get 50% income from races, so it is in our interests to get out of the race seat, as we can get someone else who earns full money and wins easier and stuff
