Top 6 points system is highly flawed with high numbers of participants. Can we have top 10 please.

Not as high as I was hoping for :/
The idea is to make the points worthy for a backmarker team, such as Minardi. Also i expect in the first seaaon that the retirement rates will be somewhat high.
If I change the points system now, with 24 cars, it would probably be top 8 (12-8-6-5-4-3-2-1). I wouldn't change further due to the retirement rates. Top 6 worked then because seeing half the grid retire was a common shght. Nowadays we get only a few retirements, if any, so top 10 makes sense.

Points covering 1/3rd or even 1/4th of the grid is fine imo. You'll see what I'm on about in the first races and the retirement rates, with the engines and cars still new and undevelopped, I'm expecting from 5 cars up to over half the grid to retire in a dry race.

I'd say keep it as is this season then if we get to the point where there's only 3/4 non-finishers, then maybe change for the next season, this is your game though, so...
