Darnit, could not download it windows did not know what program to use, what to do? I wonder?

When you download it, choose "Save File" then place it in

C:\Documents and Settings\*****\My Documents\SimBin\RACE 07\UserData\CarSetups\2007_Brands_Hatch


That will do it for you.
