Hi guys.
Well turned on the computer this morning to print off some holiday villas for my parents, and the screen has packed up, no response,

mine did the same thing the other day, after checking the leads were correctly seated i tried a spare power lead and it worked.

That's Valentine's Day, so I'm wining and dining the GLW, I'm afraid. Gutted to miss this one.

Excellent choice of car & track - I'll be doing some Spa events in the future for definite.

It's a shame i can't join this event, but am i allowed to practise on this server before the event, just to compare me to other racers here?

I know that everyone who singed up is privileged, but as long as there are more than one free places there shouldn't be a problem, should it?

Ahhh the stunning B-roads and scenery of the Scottish Highlands and beyond ... fond memories of sliding my dad's Bedford Midi van or a mate's old crappy blue diesel Ford Fester round many a corner up that way ... mainly more over towards the west coast, Glen Coe and such (did lots of rock climbing and mountaineering when I was younger), but very fond of that part of the world :in-love:

I haven't decided the car yet... will post it here today later or tomorrow

I've "sort" of decided now...

If your race car selection still is the announced in 1st post I will take a SR4190 (both SR's are about 5 secs+ quicker than any other class and not even taking into account the virtual inability of the street classes to turn).

If you decided to take out the SRs or for any reason think it is more interesting for me to drive another car, will take the 75 from wtcc87 (wish I think is a mix of quickens and rear end action ).


Regarding the training server, 2 things:

1. The qualifying session is in "super-pole" mode so no practice is possible.
2. Since training is conducted in a "qualifying" session, we must be careful as the grip changes somewhat to the race (not that important but nevertheless ).

hummmm.... tough call, but since everyone has been practicing with the current version we should stay with it. Other opinions?
