Hmm… ok thanks but that was bad news for a trials member trying to get the hold of some nice racing….
The number of events that is open for us “up comers” then is looking as they are very limited which is not making me happy since I’m here to race….

Hi all!
Unfortunatly couldn't join on todays race.! I see I've missed some good clean races :(

Didn't know there even is a season standing in the Oceania races.. Nice work Wally!
Untill today I was on P3 in this standings hopefully see you all next race and I can collect more points :D

i thought i was a great event for a bit of fun. it was something different to the normal races. the only problem was there was hardly anyone left in the last race. i would sign up for an other event like that, with a bit of tweeking i think it will make a great alternative to the usual races organised.

But wouldn't it be better to say these are the cars in this order

If you do that, then it's just 4 races.

The whole point is that you've got to work out what car's best for what track, taking into account your driving likes/dislikes.

Next time, there will still be a pool of cars to choose from, but the car choices each driver makes will, I believe be a secret until we turn up at the grids.

The whole thrust, some say crux, some say point of this event is that the car choice per track is defined by the drivers, not the organising staff.

I said that in the spur of the moment not thinking about what the actual concept was. I said that in the post before your's

Qualification: 21:00 GMT (30 mins)

Notes

This is an endurance event, so please do not sign-up unless you can commit to the entire session.

Reserve drivers will go into a pool and will be elligble to enter the server during the last 15 minutes of qualifying. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. A post will be made in this thread to indicate when they can jump in.

Stuttering problems with the rain seem to be a generic GTRe problem and not just related to add-on tracks - which is a daaaaamn shame. Changing the thunder/lightning probability in the PLR file has no effect :(

Anyhow, I did some testing and there's seems to be no probs at 70%, so we can go a little bit wetter, but not as wet as I'd want. If peeps experience problems during testing we'll revert to 60%.

This is an STCC track, in case there's any confusion.
