NOt having run much in Eu touring car events I was cautious about what to expect. Running in Server 2 was fine and had a chance to run with some solid drivers.

Admin warnings are there for a reason.....too many guys just ignoring it alltogether and thats a shame. When they say run inside the white lines its actually means you should try to make the exit as per Rd rules. I realize including myself that T1 is nearly impossible to do so but man, some guys were just public racing the track.....

I did have some very fun battles though and don;t want to take away form the intensity of the racing. every driver to a man around me was very very clean!

R 1....wel I managed to get a nice jump up to 5th spot. And then I check my fuel and see I only have 19L!!!!!1 oh so now I have to add fuel, 22 L at my pitstop. Driving Lap 3 I am adjusting my pit menu and trying to stay ahead of Hugo C! Sorry if I was a bit erratic Hugo....

So I pit and add 7.5 seconds to my stop because of the fuel adding. I resume in 8th place? WOW! I finish 6th I think. Good racing......

R2 I get a realy good start again and am running 3rd. This time I have full fuel.............I make a mistake and drop to 6th. I pit after Martin v Brommel and he gets past me by like . 5 seconds in the pitstops! Well done MArtijn! I ropll along wathcing the clock wind down. David z and MArtijn have contact and I get up 2 spots to 5th....

last lap last corner I get overtakin by both of them and its a melee in the corner! Maertijn late brakes and slides past me on the inside. I barely miss his car and tap David. David beats me off the corner and I beat Martijn.......Finish 6th again I believe.

VEry VEry fun racing! BUt sometimes, when you ignore the cut rules to get yourself into position to battle me, its a bit lame.......

I would definitely race again with the EU club! good stuff!

Hello all. I was just in practicing with you. I can't make the race tonight although I really wish I could, as I love driving the Mini. I just bought RaceOn and GTR Evolution and don't really understand it yet. That was my first foray into it. Haven't even fully set up my profile. So sorry about the name Griphos at first, but that's the name I used to register on Steam and buy the games. I've changed it to my real name and that should have shown during those last practice laps. I still don't understand how pitting works, though, and have some familiarization to do with the sim. So I don't want to get in the way during the actual race. Perhaps I can join in and watch though.

But the practicing was great fun! I raced my first online race today with NKP at Brands Hatch and had a blast!! So, I'm looking forward to racing with GTR/RaceOn with all of you. I'm quite pleased to have found such a great and serious race sim community.
