Most likely you just need more wheel time. Here is my setup which is not far from stock. and I can do 1.58

thanks Gunthar, I've improved my laptimes but I agree with you, I need more wheel time.
I'll miss this one I need more practice and don't want to ruin someone race.

I'm currently on the server driving one of the Ferraris. Everything fine, I didn't even delete the "GT Sports" car, just not driving them.

the GTS files are fine Dennis. Its the models that go directly into the GTP folder that are unbalanced in performance.

OK gents here is the scoop from my chair on the FIA GT Add on cars.

The following will not log on to the server ATM. This will not change as I can't start playing around with folder manipulation for now.

Any car that is a stock GTRE car WILL NOT load thru the FIA GT 2008 logo class. ie. Vette, Mosler,Aston mArtin, Saleen

Th following will not load for me period form the FIA GT 2008 logo class : VErtigo, Lambo, Pcar 997. Lambo locks me into a repeating "next session" loop the other just boots me as a cheat.

So as best I can tell, here is what you DO have to use from FIA GT 2008..........Ferrari all 3 models, Maserati

All Stock GTRE cars will load in the class of GT PRO.

SO please don;t waste you time trying these other models. It will likely just caause you to swear and pound your fist on the desk. I have already done that for you! he he he

see you tonight. oh and you can prolly expect this mod to disappear after tonights event. WHile chock full of models , its low on eye candy etc. who knows maybe ONE TIME i'll run it as its OWN class and see what the feedback is about the mod.

Next time I'll try not to play chicken with you at "ryan's tires of death" Shocked you didn't end up doing a 10 flip endo there. My bad thought I had given a bit more room to ya.

Oh yeah and the 3 wide run into the fast right left was memorable if not a bit scary!

Another example of tight tight racing yet nobody was compromised from contact. Just a rub here or there but under control all the time!!!!
