Did a few laps in practice then had to do something else and when I came back to game it had 3 mins of warmup left. Went out on track but no-one else was there so must have desync'd somewhere between practice and warmup. Just my luck, not raced for a while here and when a track comes along that I like the game screws up.

I'm getting too much lag so I'm out. Think the problem is my end, everyone disappears for 10 seconds then reappear.
Happens about twice a lap, wasn't so bad when I was on my own but in the pack its a nightmare, especially when it goes or comes back into turn 1.

Simon if your on wireless and it keeps syncing you need to download a program called Vista anti lag. Works for 7 aswel.

New one. Just got booted from the server as a possible cheat, shoot I couldn't figure out how to confirm my settings, cheating is many grades above my abilities....


Fixed, it, deleted it and reloaded, then no problem.

just every time i go to start the game i get a midump error after about 4 seconds - last time i got it i just reinstalled the game and it worked - tried reinstalling and its still dumping after a couple seconds

Did you make sure when you unzipped you put both the folders into C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\**Your name here**\race 07

There was 2 folders that had to be extracted to that spot. Also on the download page it explains what to remove prior to installing.

Next to that i am unsure how to resolve your issue. I hope you get it sorted.

Server is set for 25, but its merely cause we havent had huge numbers for these events so it makes the list look more full hence making more ppl want to join

Also Callan, you better make this one
