Dammit, the timing seems to have eaten my Jag time from yesterday, I went on and did a few laps in the Jag, Merc and Pantera with Amir, did a couple in a Cortina too but had to leave for munchies before I could get a setup together, and the timing for the Jag has not appeared in list. Oh Well!!, just need to try again :sinister:

Sam

You're not the only one Sam. My Jag time wasn't listed in the update either. Looks like this system has some bugs, rather disappointing after spending so much time posting a good lap.
Maybe Stuart has rigged it to make sure no-one beats his Jag time. :sinister: :rotfl:

Well this was my first GT race and it was a lot of fun. I qualified P3 with a new PB. Race started well and coming out of the last corner I had a big slide and almost lost. I saw Yves also had a slide and fell back. I then had a fantastic battle with Ross. I think he had less down force than I did as I could get really close to him but just couldn't get passed on the back straight. This was a really cool fight and I eventually finished P3. Well done Yves to come back from so far and take the win...
Thanks all I really enjoyed this.
:)

I think I have now worked it out.

It only records the best time for each driver in each class, irrespective of which car you drive. For example, my best time for TC65 is the Mini, so my Jag time isn't recorded because it is slower than the Mini. But if I was to drive a faster car eg. Falcon, and beat my Mini time, then the Mini time would be lost.

Sam's time in the Jag is not included because he has a faster time in the Cortina.

Not sure this is what was planned with this series, but it looks like that is how the stats are being recorded.

That was fun.I got to race a few laps with Bob Luneski and John MacIntyre. Thanks guys, hope it wasnt hazardous being around me, I tend to over brake at the corners. It was nice to not be by myself the whole race this time(at the back). You guys are fast in these cars! I'm going to watch you all on the replay to try and figure out how you carry the speed through the corners. See ya next time.
